This business plan (the “Plan”) has been prepared by Evergreen Home Care, LLC (“Evergreen” or the “Company”) to support an application for financing under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loan program and to provide prospective lenders and investors with information about the Company. It does not constitute an offer to sell securities.

The Company’s billable hours, revenue, cost of care, operating expenses, EBITDA, depreciation, interest and balance sheet are preserved as prepared by the members. The debt schedule, debt-service coverage, per-hour unit economics, break-even analysis, recruiting adequacy, balance-sheet reconciliation and investor returns beneath those figures have been independently re-derived by the analyst on a stated set of assumptions and are presented in Sections 15 through 19.

The financial projections are forward-looking statements based on assumptions the members consider reasonable at the date of preparation. Actual results may differ materially. Reimbursement rates, wage benchmarks, licensing requirements and market data are drawn from public sources and industry benchmarks current to July 2026 and must be independently verified. This Plan is not a guarantee of loan approval; SBA lending decisions rest with the participating lender and the SBA.

This analysis identifies several matters bearing directly on the credit decision, most importantly the basis on which Year-1 debt-service coverage is stated, the absence of rate and wage escalation in the projections, the level at which caregiver recruiting is funded relative to industry turnover, and the reconciliation of the opening balance sheet. These are set out plainly rather than smoothed, because an SBA credit committee will test each of them.

NoteOn the figures in this plan

The Company’s operating model is coherent and its commercial logic is sound: the demand is demographic, the payer mix is deliberately diversified, the employer model is the right structure for a bankable agency, and the reserve is genuinely sized to fund the ramp. Independent testing confirms that last point, the working-capital reserve and 7(a) tranche together cover the peak cash deficit roughly 2.3 times over. The findings that follow concern how certain figures are calculated and presented, not whether the business makes sense. Each is resolvable before the credit is submitted, and resolving them will make the application stronger rather than weaker.
