Where to play: the corridor’s higher-value stone and manufactured-sand demand. How to win: lowest delivered cost, compliant quality, reliable supply.
Three-to-five-year objectives
- Commission Phase 1 and achieve first product within roughly 20 months of financial close.
- Secure one to two anchor offtake accounts before commissioning to underpin base-load volume.
- Complete Phase-2 debottlenecking to reach 720 kt nameplate capacity by Years 2–3.
- Establish accredited-supplier status for manufactured sand and G-materials with major buyers.
- Deleverage to below 2x net debt/EBITDA by Year 4 and build a track record for a value-accretive exit or refinancing.
