Full-flock output is about 11,150 trays of 30 eggs a week. Acquisition is relationship-led: a sales lead and three driver-salesmen, with repeat weekly orders the norm once a route is established.

Implication: blended receivables of 21 days keep working capital light, and cash channels fund the weekly feed bill.
