Vision. A professionally managed, DFI-backed agro-export champion that re-establishes Nigeria as a reliable, compliant supplier to the world’s most demanding hibiscus markets.
Strategic objectives over the plan period are to: (i) commission an integrated estate, aggregation and processing platform; (ii) achieve GlobalG.A.P, organic and HACCP certification; (iii) build an outgrower network exceeding 6,000 farmers; (iv) reach a 5,900 MT run-rate at a ~20% EBITDA margin; and (v) establish diversified offtake across the EU, US and Asia, positioning for Mexican re-entry.
