READ BEFORE RELYING ON THIS DOCUMENT
This investment memorandum has been prepared on an illustrative basis for Premium Hibiscus Company Limited (“Premium Hibiscus”, “the Company”), a hypothetical integrated roselle production and export venture located in northern Nigeria. It is intended to demonstrate the structure, analytical depth and financial architecture of a decision-grade investment case for an origin agribusiness. It is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, and it does not constitute investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
The Company is a design construct. Figures are built from commercially reasonable assumptions calibrated against public evidence on Nigeria’s hibiscus sector, international FOB pricing, and prevailing macroeconomic conditions as at September 2026. Where source information would ordinarily be incomplete, the model adopts explicit assumptions rather than placeholders. All monetary figures are stated in United States dollars (USD), the Company’s functional currency as an export-oriented entity; Nigerian naira (NGN) equivalents are provided for reference only.
Financial statements are internally integrated: the income statement, cash-flow statement and balance sheet reconcile in every period, and the balance sheet balances to the rounding tolerance across all scenarios. Rounding may cause immaterial differences in totals. Forward-looking statements are subject to significant uncertainty; actual results would differ, potentially materially.
