Africa Sunrise Experience Guest House is a startup business that will provide the ultimate African hospitality experience to its guests. The guest house has not yet commenced operations. It is still in its preliminary stages. The guest house will be located near key attractions such as Pilanesberg Nature Reserve and Sun City so as to attract clients and provide convenient accommodation to them.

The objectives of the guest house are as follows:

- In terms of marketing, the guest house will strive for customer satisfaction at all times
- In terms of operations, maximizing value and occupancy levels will be of primary importance to the guest house
- In terms of human resources, learnership and development will be key – the business will inculcate a culture of thorough training in key areas such as hospitality, guest house/ hotel management, finance, costing and business management
The strategic objectives of the business will be growth, expansion and diversification oriented. As part of growth and expansion, the guest house will add on to the amenities and facilities of the guest house in the next five years.
