9.3 Supply Chain Management
The Company will implement a fully integrated supply chain from farm to market. Key supply chain elements include: inbound procurement of seed garlic, fertilisers, and crop protection products through established agricultural input suppliers; on-farm operations managed through a centralised farm management information system (FMIS); post-harvest handling in a purpose-built pack house with mechanical grading, washing, and packaging lines; cold storage with capacity for approximately 400 tonnes to manage seasonal production against year-round demand; and outbound logistics through contracted refrigerated transport operators with established routes to major distribution points.
9.4 Technology and Innovation
SilverClove Farms will deploy modern agricultural technology to optimise production efficiency and quality. This includes precision agriculture tools such as GPS-guided planting and variable-rate application equipment, soil moisture monitoring using in-field sensor networks, weather station integration for irrigation scheduling and disease forecasting, a farm management information system for operational planning and record-keeping, and drone technology for crop health monitoring and aerial assessment.
