By using this website and our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

We provide business planning, financial modelling, feasibility study and advisory services. Deliverables and scope are confirmed in writing per engagement.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per project. Work commences on receipt of the agreed deposit unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final commissioned deliverable transfers to the client. Our templates, methodologies and pre-existing materials remain our property.

No funding guarantee

While our documents are prepared to a professional, funding-ready standard, we cannot guarantee that any funding application will be approved, as approval rests with third-party funders.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
