18.1 Phase 2 Expansion (Years 6–10)
Subject to the successful establishment and performance of the initial 150-hectare orchard, the Company will evaluate the following Phase 2 growth initiatives:

Expansion of planted area by an additional 50–100 hectares on adjacent land parcels

Development of an on-farm packhouse and cold storage facility to capture additional value chain margin

Installation of a small-scale avocado oil pressing facility to process own and third-party fruit

Diversification into complementary subtropical crops (macadamia nuts, litchis) to optimise land utilisation and seasonal labour
18.2 Value Chain Integration
The long-term strategic vision for EVAE includes progressive vertical integration into the post-harvest value chain. By investing in packing, cold-chain, and processing infrastructure, the Company can capture a greater share of the export value chain and reduce dependency on third-party packhouse operators. A feasibility study for an on-farm packhouse will be commissioned in Year 4.
