To produce and supply consistently high-quality, fresh vegetables using advanced hydroponic farming systems that optimise resource efficiency, minimise environmental impact, and generate sustainable value for all stakeholders including shareholders, employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate.

  • Attain GlobalG.A.P. and HACCP certification within the first year of commercial operations.

  • Achieve positive EBITDA by the end of Year 1, with net profitability achieved by Year 2.

  • Expand greenhouse capacity by an additional 3 hectares by Year 4, subject to market demand and capital availability.

  • Investigate and develop export market channels targeting regional African markets and European buyers by Year 3.

  • Maintain a Level 2 or better B-BBEE contributor status throughout the planning period.
