Dr. Lerato Mabaso Independent NED BVSc (Onderstepoort), MPhil (Cambridge). 18 years in livestock health, reproduction management, and veterinary consulting. Former senior veterinarian at the Department of Agriculture.
Pieter Botha CA(SA) Independent NED (Finance) CA(SA), CFA. 14 years in agricultural finance, farm valuations, and investment advisory. Partner at a specialist agricultural advisory firm.

4.3 Corporate Governance

The Company is committed to King IV governance principles adapted for an agricultural enterprise. Structures include a Board of Directors meeting quarterly, an Audit and Risk Committee chaired by the independent financial director, annual external financial audit, monthly management accounts and livestock reconciliation, comprehensive farm and livestock insurance, and directors’ and officers’ liability cover.
