Mr. Toilet will implement a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with the principles of ISO 9001:2015, with a target of achieving formal certification within 24 months of commencement. The QMS will encompass the following elements:

Service Standards

• All portable units will be cleaned and inspected using a documented 12-point checklist before each deployment.

• Servicing visits will be completed within a 2-hour window of the scheduled time, with automated client notification.

• Photographic evidence of completed cleaning and servicing will be uploaded to the client portal within 1 hour.

• Emergency response time: 4 hours within eThekwini metropolitan area; 24 hours within the broader KZN region.

• All client complaints will be logged, investigated, and resolved within 48 hours. Root-cause analysis will be conducted for recurring issues.

Health and Safety

The company will comply fully with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) 85 of 1993 and the Construction Regulations, 2014. A dedicated HSE Officer will be responsible for:

• Conducting monthly safety audits of the depot and all active client sites.

• Ensuring all employees are trained in chemical handling, waste management, and the safe operation of vacuum trucks.

• Maintaining records of all incidents, near-misses, and safety observations in a centralised database.

• Developing and maintaining emergency response plans for chemical spills, vehicle accidents, and fire.

• Ensuring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for all operational staff.

Environmental Management

Mr. Toilet will develop an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in compliance with the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA). The EMP will address:

• Waste classification and management in accordance with the National Environmental Management: Waste Act.

• Safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals, with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintained for all products.

• Water use and discharge management, including monitoring of waste-water quality before discharge into the municipal sewer.

• Fuel storage in compliance with SANS 10089 and municipal by-laws.

• Annual environmental audit by an independent consultant, with findings reported to the Board.
