Service Standards

All portable units will be cleaned and inspected using a documented 12-point checklist before each deployment.

Servicing visits will be completed within a 2-hour window of the scheduled time, with automated client notification.

Photographic evidence of completed cleaning and servicing will be uploaded to the client portal within 1 hour.

Emergency response time: 4 hours within eThekwini metropolitan area; 24 hours within the broader KZN region.

All client complaints will be logged, investigated, and resolved within 48 hours. Root-cause analysis will be conducted for recurring issues.
Health and Safety
The company will comply fully with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) 85 of 1993 and the Construction Regulations, 2014. A dedicated HSE Officer will be responsible for:

Environmental Management
Mr. Toilet will develop an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in compliance with the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA). The EMP will address:

Safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals, with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintained for all products.
