10.1 Total Capital Investment

The total capital investment required to establish and operationalise Pork Master Farms is ZAR 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million rand). This funding will be utilised to acquire land, construct modern pig production infrastructure, procure high-quality breeding livestock, purchase equipment, and provide sufficient working capital to sustain operations through the initial production ramp-up period.
