6.1 Luxury Accommodation

All suites will include premium amenities including Egyptian cotton linen (minimum 400 thread count), Nespresso coffee machines, international satellite television, complimentary high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, electronic in-room safes, individually controlled climate systems, and curated South African bath amenities.

6.2 Fine Dining Restaurant

The on-site restaurant, with a capacity of 60 covers, will be positioned as a standalone dining destination rather than merely a hotel amenity. The culinary programme will feature modern African cuisine reinterpreting traditional South African dishes using premium seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and artisanal suppliers.

The restaurant will offer a comprehensive South African wine list curated in partnership with leading estates from the Cape Winelands, alongside a selection of craft cocktails, premium spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. A private dining room seating 12 guests will be available for corporate entertaining and intimate celebrations.

Projected annual food and beverage revenue is R3 million, with a target food cost ratio of 28–32% and a beverage cost ratio of 22–26%.

6.3 Conference & Events

Premier Luxury Lodge will offer dedicated conference and events facilities designed to accommodate business meetings, corporate retreats, product launches, and intimate social functions. The facilities have been designed to meet the requirements of the corporate market without compromising the lodge’s boutique ambiance.

The wellness offering will be an integral component of the guest experience, designed to appeal to both business travellers seeking stress relief and leisure guests seeking rejuvenation. Facilities will include a luxury spa with four treatment rooms offering signature African-inspired therapies, a temperature-controlled rooftop swimming pool with a sundeck and pool bar, a fully equipped modern gymnasium with Technogym equipment, and a tranquillity garden for yoga, meditation, and relaxation.

The spa will operate in partnership with an established South African wellness brand, ensuring product quality, therapist certification, and consistent service delivery. Projected annual spa and wellness revenue is R1 million.

6.5 Additional Services

  • Concierge and Guest Relations: A 24-hour concierge service offering bespoke itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, and personal shopping assistance.

  • Airport Transfers: Premium vehicle transfers from OR Tambo International Airport, operated by a contracted chauffeur service using Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent vehicles.

  • Business Centre: A fully equipped business centre with printing, scanning, and private workstation facilities available to guests.
