The monthly projection reflects the seasonal production cycle, with capital expenditure concentrated in months 1–6, first revenue from month 8, and cash flow positive operations achieved by month 10.
Appendix B: Assumptions Register
A comprehensive register of all financial, operational, and market assumptions underpinning the projections is maintained and updated quarterly by the Finance Director. Key assumptions are subject to board review and are benchmarked against industry data published by the Bureau for Food and Agricultural Policy (BFAP) and the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD).
Appendix C: Letters of Intent
Letters of intent from prospective customers, including market agents, retail procurement managers, and processing company offtake managers, are available in the data room for investor due diligence. These letters confirm interest in supply arrangements subject to commercial negotiation and quality verification.
