Residential Clients
SafeHome’s residential service targets homeowners and residents in the LSM 7–10 segments within the Cape Town metropolitan area. The ideal residential client is a homeowner or tenant in a property valued between R1.5 million and R8 million, located in established suburbs with mature gardens and older building stock (which are more susceptible to termite and rodent infestations). Key suburbs include Constantia, Newlands, Claremont, Rondebosch, Durbanville, Table View, Blouberg, Milnerton, Bellville, and Goodwood.
Residential complexes, sectional title schemes, and body corporates represent a high-value sub-segment, as a single contract can cover multiple units and provide stable recurring revenue. SafeHome will target body corporate management companies and estate managers as key referral partners.
Commercial Clients
