Receiving and sorting zone (60m²): Order intake, garment inspection, labelling, and sorting by service type

Washing and drying zone (120m²): Commercial-grade washing machines (6 units) and tumble dryers (6 units)

Dry-cleaning zone (60m²): Professional dry-cleaning machine (1 unit), spotting table, and solvent management system

Ironing and finishing zone (80m²): Industrial ironing stations (4 units), steam presses, and garment finishing equipment

Quality control and packaging (40m²): Final inspection, folding, packaging, and labelling for dispatch

Dispatch and receiving bay (40m²): Loading dock, fleet parking, and route planning station
9.2 Fleet and Logistics
The Company will deploy a fleet of five branded delivery vehicles (Suzuki Super Carry or equivalent light commercial vehicles) for daily pickup and delivery operations. Routes will be optimised using route-planning software to minimise fuel costs and maximise delivery density. Each vehicle will operate two shifts per day (morning and afternoon), covering approximately 15–20 stops per shift.

Operations management system: order management, route optimisation, inventory tracking, and staff scheduling

Point-of-sale and payment gateway: integration with card payments, EFT, SnapScan, and Zapper
