10.2 Skills Development

EliteDrive will invest a minimum of 2% of annual payroll in skills development initiatives, including:

  • NQF-aligned learnership programmes in automotive services

  • Professional chauffeur training and certification

  • Customer service excellence training in partnership with the Services SETA

  • Bursaries for employees pursuing tertiary qualifications
