Implementation Roadmap

The phased milestones and the critical path and dependencies from financial close through commissioning and ramp.

The project is structured as a 24-month build-and-commission
programme followed by a multi-year scale-up. The roadmap below sequences
the critical workstreams — funding, land and permitting, construction,
equipment, recruitment, commissioning and market entry — highlighting
dependencies and the milestones that gate each phase.

9.1 Phased Milestones

Months 3–9 Detailed engineering; civil works and plant construction; long-lead equipment ordered. Permits and land transfer precede construction.
Months 9–18 Milling and feed equipment installation; fabrication workshop fit-out; fleet acquisition. Construction milestones release equipment installation.
Months 15–21 Recruitment and training; quality systems; supplier and customer contracting. Staffing ready ahead of commissioning.
Months 18–24 Cold and hot commissioning; trial production; first commercial dispatch. Commissioning gates revenue; Year-1 ramp begins.
Year 2+ Utilisation ramp; channel expansion; equipment-division scale-up; debt amortisation from Year 3. Principal moratorium ends; DSCR maintained.

9.2 Critical Path & Dependencies

The critical path runs from financial close through land transfer and
permitting into construction, and from construction completion into
equipment installation and commissioning. The 24-month principal
moratorium on the senior facility is aligned to this path, ensuring that
debt service in cash terms begins only once the plant is operational and
generating revenue. Recruitment and training are scheduled to complete
ahead of commissioning so that the utilisation ramp is not constrained
by staffing.
