5.1 Mandela Khumalo – Managing Director

Mandela brings 15 years of experience in agribusiness investment, project development, and agricultural supply chain management. He has led multiple large-scale farming projects across southern Africa and holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Mandela is responsible for overall strategy, investor relations, and business development.

5.2 Pieter Grobler – Agricultural Director

Pieter is a horticulture specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience in subtropical fruit farming, including 12 years specifically in avocado production in the Limpopo region. He holds a BSc Agriculture (Horticulture) from the University of Stellenbosch. Pieter oversees all farming operations, orchard management, and technical production decisions.

5.3 Nokuthula Dlamini – Finance Director

Nokuthula is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with extensive experience in agribusiness finance, having worked at a Big 4 accounting firm and in corporate finance roles within the agricultural sector. She holds a BCom Honours (Accounting) from the University of Cape Town. Nokuthula manages all financial planning, reporting, compliance, and funding relationships.

5.4 Richard van Heerden – Strategic Investor

Richard is an experienced agricultural investor with a portfolio of fresh produce and export businesses across South Africa. His strategic contribution includes market access, export channel relationships, and industry network connectivity. Richard serves on the board as a non-executive director.
