GoldenYield Agri (Pty) Ltd (“GoldenYield” or “the Company”) is a proposed commercial maize farming enterprise to be established near Lichtenburg, North West Province, South Africa. The Company will cultivate 400 hectares of white and yellow maize using modern mechanised farming methods, precision irrigation technology, and integrated crop management practices to achieve above-average yields in one of South Africa’s premier maize-producing regions.
The business is founded by a team of experienced agribusiness professionals with deep expertise in commercial grain farming, agronomic science, and agricultural supply chain management. The founding team collectively brings over 45 years of relevant industry experience to the venture.
1.2 Investment Proposition
GoldenYield Agri seeks an equity investment of R60 million to finance the establishment and initial operations of the commercial maize farm. The investment will be deployed across land acquisition and preparation, mechanisation, irrigation infrastructure, grain storage facilities, and working capital to fund the first two crop cycles.
