Ironveld targets Level 2 B-BBEE contributor status under the Agri-BEE Sector Code. HDI ownership exceeds 45% through Thabiso Molefe (35%) and the Community and Worker Trust (10%). Enterprise and supplier development initiatives include preferential procurement from black-owned input suppliers, mentorship partnerships with 3–5 emerging cattle farmers in the Vryburg district, and allocation of 1% of net profit to socio-economic development projects in the local community.

18.3 Job Creation
Ironveld will create 22 direct permanent positions and an estimated 15–20 indirect jobs across the supply chain (transport, veterinary services, feed suppliers, auction operations). The Company will invest 1.5% of payroll in skills development, with particular focus on livestock handling, artificial insemination training, and supervisory skills for senior herdsmen.
