2.1 Nature of Business
Kalahari Express Logistics (Pty) Ltd will operate as a registered private company under the South African Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008). The Company will provide a comprehensive suite of cross-border logistics and courier services connecting key commercial hubs in Namibia (Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Oshakati) with South African nodes (Upington, Kimberley, Johannesburg, Cape Town).
The Company will be registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for Value Added Tax (VAT), Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE), and Corporate Income Tax. Operations in Namibia will be conducted through a registered branch office, compliant with Namibian transport and customs regulations.
