5.1 Daniel Jacobs – Managing Director

Mr Jacobs is an accomplished agribusiness entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in commercial livestock farming operations across the Eastern Cape and Free State provinces. He holds a BSc Agriculture degree from the University of Stellenbosch and has successfully managed farming operations with flock sizes exceeding 5,000 head. He will assume overall responsibility for strategic direction, stakeholder management, and business development.

5.2 Pieter van der Merwe – Livestock Director

Mr van der Merwe is a recognised specialist in sheep breeding and flock management with 20 years of hands-on experience in Karoo sheep farming. He holds a BAgric degree from the University of the Free State and has served as a livestock judge at provincial agricultural shows. His responsibilities will encompass breeding programme design, animal health protocols, grazing management, and production optimisation.

5.3 Thandi Maseko – Finance Director

Ms Maseko is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with extensive experience in agricultural finance, farm investment analysis, and development finance. She previously served as a senior manager at a leading agricultural lending institution, where she managed a portfolio exceeding R500 million in farm loans.
