Flagship Store: Diepkloof, Soweto
The flagship Kasi Prime Butchery will be situated in the Diepkloof commercial precinct, one of Soweto’s busiest retail corridors. This location was selected based on five critical criteria: proximity to major taxi ranks ensuring constant foot traffic, adjacency to an established informal market and retail strip, a residential catchment area exceeding 200,000 people within a 3 km radius, availability of suitable commercial premises of 120–150 square metres at competitive rentals, and reliable municipal water and electricity supply essential for refrigeration.
The store will be configured with a customer-facing display counter spanning the full width of the shop, a walk-in cold room of at least 15 square metres, a separate cutting and processing room meeting Department of Agriculture standards, and a dedicated braai pack assembly station. The layout prioritises visibility — customers must be able to see the meat being cut and prepared, which builds trust and differentiates us from pre-packaged supermarket offerings.

| Public Holidays | 07:00 – 18:00 | Heritage Day, Christmas, Easter = peak braai demand |
