6.3 B-BBEE and Transformation
OptiFleet Solutions is committed to meaningful transformation and empowerment in accordance with South Africa’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework. With 75% black ownership (Mr. Mokoena 40% and Ms. Khumalo 35%), the Company anticipates qualifying for a Level 1 or Level 2 B-BBEE contributor status, providing a significant competitive advantage when tendering for government and corporate contracts. The Company will further invest in skills development, enterprise and supplier development, and socio-economic development programmes.
