5.1 Operational Infrastructure
The Company’s operations will be anchored by a purpose-fitted headquarters in Centurion, Gauteng, comprising office space for management and sales, a Network Operations Centre (NOC) for real-time fleet monitoring, a technical workshop for device configuration and testing, and a training facility for client onboarding and staff development.
The technology infrastructure will comprise a cloud-based telematics platform hosted on Microsoft Azure South Africa (Johannesburg data centre), ensuring data sovereignty, low latency, and compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The platform will be designed for 99.9% uptime with automated failover capabilities.
5.2 Operational Workflow

Client Onboarding: Needs assessment, contract execution, and fleet audit (3–5 business days)

Device Installation: GPS and IoT device procurement, installation, and commissioning on client vehicles (1–2 days per vehicle)

Platform Integration: Fleet data integration into the client’s customised dashboard with user training (1–2 days)

Ongoing Monitoring: 24/7 fleet monitoring, automated alerts, and performance reporting via mobile and web applications

Continuous Optimisation: Regular data analytics reviews, quarterly performance assessments, and platform feature updates
5.3 Technology Stack
The Company’s proprietary platform will be built on a modern, scalable technology stack comprising a React.js front-end for responsive web and mobile dashboards, Node.js and Python back-end services for data processing and analytics, PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB for time-series fleet data storage, MQTT protocol for real-time IoT device communication, and machine learning models for predictive maintenance and route optimisation algorithms.
5.4 Quality Assurance and SLAs
OptiFleet Solutions will implement rigorous quality assurance standards, including ISO 27001 certification for information security, 99.9% platform uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA), maximum 4-hour response time for critical support issues, and quarterly client satisfaction surveys with a target Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50+. These standards will be embedded in all client contracts and monitored through an internal quality management system.
