OptiFleet Solutions will be registered as a private company under the Companies Act 71 of 2008 with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The Company will comply with all applicable South African legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for data privacy and GPS tracking data management, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) for digital service delivery, the National Road Traffic Act and AARTO for vehicle and driver compliance, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour Relations Act for employment matters, the Income Tax Act and Value-Added Tax Act for tax compliance, and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) for anti-money laundering requirements.
