QuickFund’s staffing strategy prioritises hiring South African talent with fintech experience, digital skills, and alignment with the Company’s mission of financial inclusion. The Company is committed to employment equity targets in line with the Employment Equity Act and B-BBEE requirements. The workforce plan projects growth from 29 employees at launch to 75+ employees by Year 5.

8.3 Employment Equity and B-BBEE
QuickFund is committed to achieving and maintaining a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor status. The Company’s B-BBEE strategy includes a majority black-owned shareholding structure (CEO holds 50% equity), employment equity targets of 70% black employees and 50% female employees within three years, skills development spending exceeding 3% of payroll annually, and enterprise and supplier development initiatives supporting black-owned technology and service providers.
