Company Overview

Legal Structure and Registration

SafeHome Pest Solutions (Pty) Ltd will be incorporated as a private company under the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The company will obtain all necessary registrations, including registration with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for income tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), and Pay As You Earn (PAYE), as well as registration with the Department of Employment and Labour for the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) and the Compensation Fund.

All pest control operators will be registered as Pest Control Operators (PCOs) in terms of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act 36 of 1947, and will hold valid certificates from the South African Pest Control Association (SAPCA) or an equivalent accredited body. Specialised Services
