The combined shareholding of historically disadvantaged individuals (Thabo Mokoena and Naledi Dlamini) amounts to 50%, supporting the company’s B-BBEE ownership targets. The shareholders’ agreement includes provisions for anti-dilution protection, drag-along and tag-along rights, and a first right of refusal on share transfers.

The management team brings a comprehensive set of competencies essential for building a successful pest control operation:

The initial organisational structure is designed to support efficient service delivery while maintaining strong quality controls and client satisfaction.
