Phase 1: Pre-Launch (Months 1–3)

  • Company registration, CIPC compliance, and SARS tax registration

  • Secure funding commitments from shareholders and investors

  • Lease and fit-out central processing facility

  • Procure and install laundry and dry-cleaning equipment

  • Recruit and train initial staff complement

  • Develop and test mobile application and web portal

  • Establish supplier agreements for detergents, chemicals, and packaging

Phase 2: Soft Launch (Months 4–6)

  • Commission equipment and conduct operational dry runs

  • Launch soft marketing campaign to residential estates and select corporate prospects
