The Company has conducted a structured assessment of the principal
risks to the plan across market, operational, financial and execution
dimensions. For each material risk, the Company sets out its likelihood,
potential impact and specific mitigation. The Company’s overall risk
posture is shaped by the fundamental resilience of the value-led QSR
category, which has historically proven defensive through economic
cycles.

The most significant risks — input inflation, franchise quality
variance and rollout slippage — are precisely the risks that the
Company’s core strategic choices (central commissary, owned technology,
phased implementation and a contingency reserve) are designed to

against consumer-spending pressure, since affordable food formats
historically gain share when discretionary budgets tighten. The Company
will maintain a live risk register reviewed by the Audit & Risk
Committee.
