The initial phase focuses on vineyard establishment, infrastructure development, and building the foundation for all three revenue streams:

  • Complete 130 hectares of vineyard planting across four premium cultivars

  • Build and commission winery facilities with 500-tonne annual crushing capacity

  • Establish grape supply contracts with three to five Stellenbosch wineries

  • Launch tasting room and restaurant operations to begin building brand equity

  • Recruit and train full permanent workforce to operational readiness

  • Achieve IPW sustainability certification for all vineyard blocks

15.2 Phase 2: Optimisation & Scaling (Years 3–5)

  • Launch three-tier estate wine brand across domestic retail and export channels

  • Scale tourism operations to 25,000 annual visitors through digital marketing and partnerships

  • Achieve Platter’s Wine Guide ratings to build critical acclaim

  • Optimise vineyard yields through precision viticulture and data analytics

  • Develop event hosting programme with 40–60 private events per year

  • Build wine club membership to 2,000 members for direct-to-consumer revenue
