6.2 Estate Wines (Year 3+ Revenue Stream)
From Year 3 onwards, a portion of the harvest will be retained for estate wine production. The bottled wine programme will launch with three tiers:

VinoVista Reserve: Ultra-premium single-vineyard wines (R250–R400 per bottle). Limited production of 3,000–5,000 bottles per varietal. Targeted at collectors, fine wine retailers, and Michelin-tier restaurants.

VinoVista Estate: Premium estate-labelled wines (R120–R200 per bottle). Core commercial range of 20,000–40,000 bottles per varietal. Available through premium retailers (Woolworths, Pick n Pay Fine Wine), wine clubs, and export.

Vista Series: Accessible premium wines (R70–R100 per bottle). High-volume range of 50,000–80,000 bottles. Retail and restaurant distribution including tourism cellar door sales.
6.3 Tourism & Wine Experiences
Wine tourism is a high-margin revenue stream that builds brand equity and creates direct consumer relationships. VinoVista Estates will develop:

Tasting Room: Contemporary design with panoramic mountain views. Capacity for 50 guests. Offering flights of estate wines with curated food pairings. Revenue target: R400–600 per visitor.

Vineyard Restaurant: Farm-to-table dining experience seating 80 guests. Partnership with an established chef to create a Winelands dining destination. Revenue target: R600–1,000 per cover.

Events & Private Functions: Weddings, corporate events, and wine dinners on the estate. Capacity for 200 guests in purpose-built venue. Revenue target: R50,000–R120,000 per event.

Vineyard Experiences: Guided vineyard walks, harvest participation experiences, and blending workshops. Revenue target: R350–R800 per person.
