Artisan Cakes and Bakery
All cakes and pastries will be baked fresh daily on-premises under the direction of Amelia van der Merwe. The bakery range includes signature cakes (Red Velvet, Chocolate Ganache, New York Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Lemon Drizzle), daily pastries (Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, Danish pastries, Cinnamon rolls), muffins and scones (rotating seasonal flavours), and celebration cakes available for custom order with 48 hours’ notice.
Light Meals
The light meal menu focuses on fresh, wholesome offerings prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Items include gourmet sandwiches and wraps, breakfast bowls with granola, fresh fruit, and yoghurt, quiches with seasonal fillings, fresh salads, and toasted focaccia and ciabatta options. All meals will be priced between R55 and R95.
7.2 Retail Products
ExpressoFresh will offer a curated retail range including packaged single-origin coffee beans (250g and 500g), branded merchandise (ceramic mugs, tote bags, T-shirts), bottled cold brew, and gift boxes combining coffee, cakes, and merchandise.
