10.3 Training and Development
ExpressoFresh will invest meaningfully in staff training and development to ensure consistently high service and product standards. All baristas will undergo a comprehensive 3-week induction programme covering espresso extraction theory and practice, milk texturing and latte art, brewing methods, coffee origin and tasting, and customer service excellence. Ongoing training will include monthly cupping sessions with roaster partners, annual SCASA barista competition preparation, and food safety and hygiene refresher training. The Company will allocate approximately 2% of payroll to training and development activities.
