Dr Elize Botha – Chief Operating Officer

Dr Botha holds a PhD in Aquaculture Science from Stellenbosch University and has published 12 peer-reviewed papers on tilapia genetics and RAS optimisation. She has 12 years of hands-on aquaculture experience, including managing a 200-tonne tilapia facility in Mpumalanga. She will oversee all production operations, biosecurity protocols, and quality assurance.

Sipho Dlamini, CA(SA) – Chief Financial Officer

Mr Dlamini is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with 13 years of experience in financial management, including 5 years in agricultural supply chain finance at a Big 4 consulting firm. He holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and will manage financial planning, treasury, regulatory compliance, and supply chain optimisation.
