14.1 Organic Growth (Years 1–5)

  • Pond Expansion: Increase earthen pond area from 6 to 8+ hectares by Year 4, adding 2 additional hectares through adjacent land acquisition

  • RAS Scale-Up: Expand from 2 to 6 RAS modules, increasing high-density production capacity for premium-grade fish and year-round fingerling production

  • Product Diversification: Launch processed fillets (Year 3), smoked tilapia (Year 4), and ready-to-cook meal kits (Year 5)

  • Geographic Expansion: Establish distribution in all nine provinces by Year 4; begin SADC exports by Year 3
