Internal aquaculture training academy with structured learnerships (NQF Level 2–4)

Partnership with the University of Limpopo and Stellenbosch University for applied research and internship placements

Annual training budget of R300,000–R500,000 (approximately 1.5% of payroll, exceeding the 1% Skills Development Levy requirement)

Succession planning for all critical technical and management positions
