4.1 Product Quality & Consistency

SerenOx will produce 98% technical-grade sulphuric acid that meets or exceeds international quality standards. All production processes will be certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems). The Company will implement a comprehensive quality assurance programme with real-time monitoring of acid concentration, impurity levels, and contamination thresholds at every stage of the production process.

Batch-level certificates of analysis will accompany every shipment, providing customers with full transparency on product specifications. This level of quality documentation is not consistently available from competing suppliers in the region and represents a meaningful differentiator for customers operating under stringent international quality protocols.

4.2 Integrated Logistics & Supply Chain

A core element of SerenOx’s value proposition is the provision of a fully integrated logistics solution that eliminates the need for customers to manage the complexity of cross-border sulphuric acid transport independently. The Company’s logistics model encompasses the following:

• Multimodal transport combining Transnet Freight Rail services from Richards Bay to Musina/Beitbridge and dedicated road tanker fleets from border crossings to DRC mine sites

• Strategic dispensing and staging points at Kasumbalesa (Zambia-DRC border) and Lubumbashi, providing buffer stock and rapid response capability

• Customs-bonded freight terminals managed by experienced cross-border logistics operators, ensuring compliance with SACU, COMESA, and DRC customs regulations

• GPS-tracked fleet management with real-time shipment visibility accessible to customers through a dedicated online portal

• Emergency response capability at all storage and transit points, in compliance with SANS 10228 (transport of dangerous goods) and ADR regulations

4.3 Customer Support & Relationship Management

SerenOx will maintain a permanent customer service presence in Lubumbashi, the commercial capital of Haut-Katanga province. The DRC operations team, led by Mr. Jean-Marc Tshibanda (a former mining executive with extensive experience in the Katanga Copperbelt), will provide:

• Dedicated account management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers with quarterly business reviews

• On-site technical support for acid handling, dosing optimisation, and safety training

• French-language capability across all customer-facing functions, critical for effective engagement in the Francophone DRC market

• 24/7 emergency response and supply escalation procedures
