The SerenOx project will be executed over an approximate 24-month timeline from project inception to full commercial production. The implementation plan has been structured into four distinct phases: Pre-Development, Construction, Commissioning, and Commercial Operations. • Hot commissioning (sulphur feed introduction and catalyst activation)

• Progressive ramp-up from 55% to 90% capacity over 36 months
