The build-out is structured as a 24-month phased programme,
sequencing infrastructure, herd build, grower recruitment and market
development so that capacity, supply and demand come online in step. The
phasing also governs the drawdown of capital and the ramp of operating
cost.

9.1 Phasing Overview

Phase 1 — Foundation (Months 1–6). Capital close,
land and site works, design and procurement, nucleus herd establishment,
and recruitment of the first grower cohort and core management team.

Phase 2 — Build (Months 6–14). Construction and
commissioning of the feed mill, abattoir and cold chain; expansion of
the breeding herd; training and equipping of growers; brand
development.

Phase 3 — Launch (Months 12–18). First processing
runs, initial retail and food-service listings, brand launch, and the
start of the value-added line.

Phase 4 — Scale (Months 18–24+). Grower-network
expansion, capacity ramp, mix shift toward value-added, and export
accreditation and first shipments.

9.3 Critical Path & Dependencies

The critical path runs through abattoir commissioning and HACCP
accreditation: processing capability gates all meat revenue, and
accreditation gates both premium retail and export. Grower recruitment
must lead slaughter volumes by one full grow-out cycle, and the feed
mill must be operational before the grower network scales. The roadmap
sequences these dependencies explicitly, and the financial model assumes
revenue only from the point at which the relevant capability is
commissioned.
