Vision, Mission & Strategic Objectives

Vision

“To become Africa’s most valuable and recognisable quick-service restaurant platform.”

Mission

“To provide fast, affordable, high-quality food experiences through technology-enabled restaurants, scalable franchise partnerships and operational excellence.”

Strategic objectives

Short-term (Years 1–2)

  • Launch flagship stores in Johannesburg and Pretoria and validate the drive-thru, mall and forecourt formats.
  • Commission the central commissary and cold-chain and establish approved-supplier networks.
  • Deploy the digital ordering, loyalty and kitchen-management platform.
  • Build national brand recognition and register the franchise offer with the Franchise Association of South Africa (FASA).

Medium-term (Years 3–5)

  • Scale the network to 100 restaurants across corporate and franchised formats.
  • Expand the drive-thru and forecourt footprint along major commuter corridors.
  • Achieve national franchise penetration and group-level EBITDA profitability.
  • Establish the property portfolio as a distinct, value-accretive asset base.

Long-term (Years 5+)

  • Expand regionally into Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique through master-franchise structures.
  • Pursue a JSE listing or a strategic transaction with a global QSR operator.

Progress against these objectives is tracked through the milestone framework and 60-month implementation roadmap set out in Section 22, and against the operational KPIs in Section 15.
