Golden Range Poultry is raising ZAR 165 million in equity and structured debt to scale a premium free-range poultry producer — vertically integrated across farming, hatchery, processing, cold chain and branded retail, solar-powered and producing around 2.8 million birds a year at scale, growing toward ZAR 612 million of Year-5 revenue and ZAR 145 million of Year-5 EBITDA at a 23.7% margin. Headline revenue and EBITDA are preserved exactly; everything below EBITDA is independently re-derived (component depreciation, full cash interest, 27% SA tax, working capital) with the balance sheet tying to zero every year. This plan sets out the market sizing and competitive positioning, the premium product range and business model, operations and vertical integration, the production ramp and capacity, route to market, full financial projections, funding and capital structure, returns and sensitivities, the SWOT and investment thesis and an honest account of the key risks and independent findings.
