8.2 Mobile App & Digital Ordering
A branded mobile app (iOS and Android) will be developed for launch, enabling customers to browse the menu, place orders for collection or delivery, earn loyalty points, and receive personalised promotions. The app will integrate with the IronGrill Rewards programme and push notification system.
8.3 Delivery Platform Integration
Full API-level integration with Uber Eats, Mr D Food, and Bolt Food will be established from Day 1, with orders flowing directly into the kitchen management system to minimise errors and maximise throughput. Commission rates of 15–25% are factored into the financial model.
8.4 CRM & Customer Intelligence
A customer relationship management (CRM) system will capture transaction history, preferences, and engagement data, enabling targeted marketing, churn prediction, and personalised offers. This data-driven approach is expected to increase repeat visit frequency by 15–20%.
