Implementation Roadmap

The programme structure, the 5-year implementation Gantt chart, the critical milestones and the programme governance underpinning the build and launch.

11.1 Programme Structure

The Nimbus implementation programme is structured across four
parallel workstreams over twenty quarters (Years 1–5), with
critical-path dependencies clearly identified. The programme adopts a
quarterly cadence of milestone reviews, monthly cross-workstream
coordination, and a weekly Executive Committee that monitors execution
risk.

application, capital raise, ORSA submission, reinsurance treaties,
    regulatory engagement.
  • Workstream 2: Technology & Data — core
platform build, data fabric, underwriting and claims engines, security
    operations.
  • Workstream 3: SA Products & Marketing
South African product launches, brand launch, performance marketing,
    retention engine.
  • Workstream 4: Botswana Expansion — licensing,
operations setup, product launches, in-country marketing.
