8.1 Senior Management Team
Thabo Nkosi – Managing Director
Mr Nkosi brings over 15 years of experience in livestock agribusiness and farm management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pretoria and has completed executive development programmes in agricultural management. His experience includes senior management roles in commercial livestock operations and agri-processing enterprises. Mr Nkosi will be responsible for overall strategic direction, investor relations, financial management, and key customer relationships.
Lerato Maseko – Operations Director
Ms Maseko is a qualified agricultural scientist with a Master of Science degree in Animal Production from the University of the Free State. She has over 12 years of practical experience in intensive pig production systems, including roles as production manager at established commercial pig farms. Ms Maseko will oversee all production operations, quality assurance, animal health programmes, and staff management.
Pieter van der Merwe – Farm Manager
Mr van der Merwe has extensive hands-on experience managing commercial pig production facilities. He holds a National Diploma in Animal Production from Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute and has managed herds of over 1,000 sows. He will be responsible for day-to-day farm operations, feed management, breeding programmes, and staff supervision.
