The rollout proceeds in three phases over five years: build and open the three metro clinics and reach the first patients (Year 1); open three secondary-city clinics, build the referral and digital engine, and reach network break-even (Year 2); and open the remaining three provinces, mature the network toward R1.2 billion and prepare for exit or regional expansion (Years 3–5).
