The positioning, the channel strategy and the origination targets underpinning Solvanta.

Positioning

Solvanta positions as “the flexible energy partner”,
institutional-grade delivery with mid-market contracting agility. Brand
architecture keeps the five product names (Solar, Wind, FlexPower,
Storage, Wheeling) under a single master brand to build cross-sell
equity: the FY2031 plan assumes 40% of FlexPower customers add storage
or wheeling services within 24 months of first contract.

Channel strategy

  • Direct enterprise origination. Named-account
    coverage of the top 200 SA energy consumers; executive-level engagement
    on decarbonisation roadmaps; response capacity for competitive
    RFPs.
  • Energy advisors and brokers. Commission-based
    referral agreements with the energy advisory firms that increasingly
    intermediate C&I procurement; standardised FlexPower term sheets
    enable broker-led distribution.
  • Financial institution partnerships. Co-marketing
    with banks financing customer facilities, renewable supply improves
    customer credit profiles, aligning lender incentives with Solvanta’s
    origination.
  • Industry association presence. SAWEA, SAPVIA,
    the Energy Intensive Users Group and mining industry forums as
    credibility and deal-flow channels.
  • Tender participation. Municipal renewable
    procurement and, opportunistically, REIPPPP successor rounds and battery
    storage procurement programmes (BESIPPPP) to add contracted
    government-backed revenue.
